Asante's versatile IntraCore 36524 Layer-2/3/4 Gigabit switch is the Flagship of the IntraCore switch family. By understanding networking protocols and addresses, the IntraCore 36524 limits broadcast domains to improve network efficiency, easily bridging and routing traffic between subnets and virtual LANs. Ports 21 - 24 of the IntraCore 36524 can switch and route between any combination of long-distance fiber backbones (using optional mini-GBIC modules), or workgroups connected through 10/100/1000BaseT copper cables.
